Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sun Bum products as much as we do, but if something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your unopened products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
